What’s a ScaVentures?

A ScaVentures is when a scavenger hunt and discovery adventure get smooshed together to create your ultimate interactive quest! On your ScaVentures, you will navigate your way through streets, alleys, and markets, engaging with sites and stories.

A ScaVentures allows you to quench your thirst for adventure, practice working collaboratively with your teammates, explore Israeli sites in a truly unique way, and bring forth your playful self. We don’t like taking ourselves too seriously here, nor should you. We’re all about having FUN and finding your place in the world!

Tali Tarlow

Founder and Director

Tali’s roots are in the learning and education field. Over her years, she has developed a ton of curriculum programs, teaching guides, educational websites, and more. Throughout this, she learned she has a knack for creating puzzles and curating experiences based on engagement, thirst for adventure, and good old fashion fun. Tali believes that sometimes in life, you have to get lost to find yourself. So, many moons ago, Tali founded ScaVentures and opened the ScaVentures scene to the everyday public, Israeli families, corporate teams, and more. Since that day (over 13 years ago), Tali has helped develop thousands of bespoke ScaVentures for those near and far!

Lisa Revivi

Tour Operator Liaison

Lisa is a vibrant and deeply passionate individual who brings flair and dedication to every corner of her world, and in particular our corner of her world, over the last 10+ years at ScaVentures. Lisa has an exceptional eye for detail; nothing gets past her! These are just a handful of reasons why Lisa is a fantastic tour operator liaison. Her dynamic personality and puzzle-master-like brain make her the perfect person to help our tour groups set off on their adventure with everything they desire!

Chelsea Gober Dykan

Manager of Tel Aviv ScaVentures

A passionate Zionist and a proud Olah, Chelsea has been a part of the Israel ScaVentures family since completing her IDF service as a lone soldier more than 5 years ago. In her earlier days in Israel, with her parents still in their homeland, Chelsea’s curiosity and passion for all things Israel really took root. Chelsea is the manager of all the Tel Aviv routes – and the mother of ScaVentures’ official four-legged mascot, Paul. All those around her know her as a warm, energetic, and friendly presence. Between scavenger hunts, Chelsea works on her doctorate in clinical psychology and serves in the IDF reserves.

Ayelet Dora Saperia

Manager of Jerusalem ScaVentures

Born in Israel, Ayelet is a multi-talented veteran educator and ceramics artist whose work has been exhibited nationally. She has worked as a Jewish and Zionist educator both in Israel and in the USA, and when she is not ScaVenturing she is an art teacher at the Jerusalem International School.  Ayelet started as one of our most popular guides; she then transitioned to a project manager and is now the manager of ScaVentures’ Jerusalem branch. Lucky for us, she’s been a part of our team for over 10 years and has proudly raised her children, Ori, Hallel, Yahel, Lavi, and Alma, in our world full of ScaVentures alongside her husband, Amir.
